The beauty of Phuket Cleanse is that you can choose your own adventure. We have guests come for an emotional detox, to overcome burnout, or during a transitional period. Equally, some want to purely focus on their fitness. While others simply want to leave feeling better than when they arrived. And so Mel has created our sensational schedule which expertly combines wellness, fitness, and mindfulness. We encourage everyone to start strong with a glorious hike and to sign up to as many classes as possible. But there’s no pressure. We wanted to offer the most comprehensive offering and then the rest is up to you.

    We believe that you have everything you need already inside you and our fitness classes aim to unlock the healing power of your body through the joy of movement. Whether it’s a strength and conditioning class or getting your sweat on with Bikram yoga our classes release those all-important endorphins to boost your mental and physical health.

    Our workshops inspire, educate and empower. Combining powerful meditation techniques, somatic therapy and insightful advi,e each workshop shines a light on the latest wellness techniques, allowing you to move beyond limiting beliefs and envision a more authentic and contented life.

  • Our Wellness Programs

    We achieve transformations at Phuket Cleanse by combining exercise with meditation and physical therapy. For example, our Stairway To Heaven Protocol uses high-intensity exercise to prepare your body for trauma release, which then is processed through life-changing somatic breathwork.

  • Our Hikes & Meditation Walks

    We agree that walking is a man's best medicine. and that all truly great thoughts are conceived while walking so always start the day with an incredible hike and include two beach/lake walks. Most people kick-start their fitness journey at PC and so by incorporating daily walks we enable you to instill healthy practices that you can easily repeat at home.
