1. Buffet

Enjoy our delicious buffet designed to promote gut health. Our diverse array of ingredients supports the microbiome, helping various species flourish and achieve balance. Additional omelettes, fresh coconuts, and protein shakes are available upon request.

2. Peak Fitness Nutrition Plan

The following are techniques we recommend if your priority at Phuket cleanse is fitness, whether that be lean muscle building or cardiovascular fitness.

  • Time Restricted Eating

    Yes, it's your holiday, but consider if you truly need three meals a day. Consuming large amounts of food can weigh you down and tire you out, as your body works hard to process it all. Give your body a break whenever possible. Limit three-meal days, eat less frequently, and drink plenty of water. Gradually, you can adjust to eating less and feeling more energised.

  • Protein Shakes

    Consume high-protein shakes containing 30 to 45 grams of protein after your workouts, twice a day. If you follow a plant-based diet, aim for a higher protein intake. Ensure that your shakes include essential amino acids during this post-workout window.

  • Protein and Veggies

    Enjoy a serving of protein at lunch, accompanied by a variety of vegetables and salad. Embracing diversity in your meals is key to fostering a healthy gut microbiome.

  • Give Yourself a Break (or a Change)

    Take a break from eating for a day, consuming only dinner and fasting on water (or broth) throughout the day. On another day, have juices and one meal. Try a day with just breakfast and dinner. Experiment with different time-restricted eating windows each day to create an adventurous dietary journey. Keep daily notes on your feelings, sleep quality, and performance.

3. Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting offers numerous health benefits, including improved metabolic health, weight loss, and enhanced energy levels. By allowing the body extended periods without food, it can better manage blood sugar levels, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular repair processes. Additionally, intermittent fasting can improve mental clarity and focus, support heart health, and potentially extend lifespan by promoting longevity. Incorporating intermittent fasting into your routine can lead to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

With intermittent fasting you can either have two meals a day, or you can choose an OMAD diet (one meal a day). We recommend OMAD for optimal detox and weight loss benefits. During the meals you are not eating, you can enjoy herbal teas, broths, and black coffee.

4. Fasting-Mimicking Diet

Also known as our Weekend Cleanse, this diet allows you to experience many of the benefits of water fasting without actually having to water fast, providing you with all the necessary nutrients to stay active. With a “push/catch” system to stimulate and support 3 stages of detoxification, your body will undergo a recycling and repair program to clean up toxins while repairing damaged DNA.

The ingredients in your cleanse include sirtuin-activating compounds (compounds that turn on the longevity or rejuvenation genes) and nutrient-dense plants & herbs that up regulate AMPK (enzymes that regulate energy balance by activating pathways that generate ATP). The cleanse is composed of six medicinal tonics:
