Tips for the Ice Bath:
Make sure you are well-hydrated and avoid having a large meal before the session.
After the ice bath, it is best to let your body warm up naturally by jogging or walking. After at least a few minutes then it is okay to go in the sauna or steam room.
Stay calm and focus on your breath. We recommend triangular breathing to help your body adapt to the cold: 4 seconds inhale, 4 seconds exhale, 4 seconds hold.
If you are new to ice baths, we recommend you start with a shorter duration (5-10 minutes) and gradually increase your time as your tolerance improves.
