Guys, this mini-course will grow into a full-blown course over the month of January. With your help, we will co-create a course that helps us, and eventually other people who jump into this intermittent fasting protocol down the road. It will be a bit loose, a bit unstructured, but that is OK, let’s roll with it and learn as much as we can. Let’s also experiment as much as we can. Let’s see what IF protocol works, which one does not work, and how we can improve our overall health and longevity.
Intermittent fasting (IF) is still new to me. For 10 years, my business partner (Melanie) tried to get me to do it. I read this article and that blog on the subject, but overall, I remained somewhat ignorant of the world of intermittent fasting and the myriad of IF methods now popping up every month. Until 90 days ago, that is. Being obese, feeling uncomfortable, and looking at horrendous blood work and hormone panel results, something finally clicked. And now, all I know is that IF worked (and continues to work) for me. It’s my hope that some of you will find similar success with one or more of the IF protocols detailed in this IF mini-course.
Welcome to the Phuket Cleanse IF CHALLENGE. Let’s use the entire month of January – and beyond – to learn about, experiment with, and track each success and failure of the entire process. Hopefully, a by-product will be weight loss, rejuvenation, feeling better, more energy, and even sharper mental clarity. Fingers crossed!
