What is Thai Massage?
Thai massage is a deep massage that involves a lot of stretching. With a Thai massage, you will be clothed in loose comfortable clothing, and receive deep body work as you are put into various yoga-type poses.
Thai oil massage feels more like a Swedish massage that is performed with a variety of long brush strokes, whereas a Thai massage works more on pressure points and is not a flowing massage. One tends to fall asleep during an oil massage, as it is a relaxing affair.
Thai Oil Massage
During your cleanse, you may choose to have an oil massage 4 nights per week for the purpose of adding “vibration” to break up calcifications. A Thai oil massage is a wonderful way to begin the task of breaking up the calcified knots you often feel in the muscles in your shoulders, neck, and back.
HISTORY OF THAI MASSAGE
Ancient Medical Tradition
Images of the Thai massage protocols that highlight the acupressure points and meridians can be found on the most ancient Buddhist temples throughout Thailand. You can see some of these temples when visiting Bangkok. It is said that the inventor of Thai massage was the Buddha’s personal doctor, ShivagoKomarpaj. If this legend is true, Thai massage would actually be a medical tradition dating back more than 2600 years.
The theory behind the massage is that the combination of stretching and pumping the pressure points loosens up energetic blockages of “life force” that travels through our bodies. This life force comes from our breath, food, and the sun. Because breathing is such an important way in which we regulate the intake and outtake of life force, it is suggested that our clients do regular deep breathing through the session.

Ice Bathing - Quick Start Guide
This protocol can be added to any weight-loss protocol to achieve maximum results in your program.
You can do ice bathing at any time, but you will get maximum benefit if you do it before or at sunrise to start your day or just after dinner.
When you do an ice bathing protocol, you want to support the program by eating a little more like a polar bear. Polar bears and cold-adapted animals create lots of energy in the cold and thrive in the cold because cold adaptation requires a few ingredients to get the magic going.
Leptin, the hormone that controls weight loss is greatly delivered into the cells. Leptin tells the body “Go ahead lose weight.”
Leptin is the boss of the metabolism hormones. If leptin says lose weight, you lose weight.
Cold signals leptin to bark out these very important orders, “Empty fat from the body now!”
The body burns fat stores as opposed to using up fuel from food.
Cold slows the aging process and increases metabolism.
The cold increases our athletic hormone known as human growth hormone, making you fit with much less effort than usual.
