but instead to focus on body conditioning with a group of like-minded individuals.
Muay Thai Technique
In this class, you will practice Muay Thai techniques either one to one or in small groups. The class is as intense as you and our trainers want them to be, depending on your fitness level and goals. Our trainer’s focused on perfecting your Muay Thai technique in punching, kicking and blocking. Meanwhile weight loss and other benefits occur naturally.

Muay Thai Cardio Zone
We have Muay Thai trainers who have been training, fighting, and teaching their entire adult lives. Most of our guests are beginners and new to the sport, that’s why we run small groups with a lot of VIP 1-on-1 attention. They are known for putting the “fun” into Muay Thai. They will give you the time of your life while you get that Muay Thai morning buzz.
