Three meals are served each day. Our innovative chefs prepare a selection of mouthwatering raw, plant–based dishes, as well as cooked vegan and vegetarian dishes, paired with lean protein options including fish, good fats and slow–releasing carbohydrates. We work with you to manage the portion size of each food group to help keep you on track with your goals.
Dairy, refined sugars and gluten-based foods are NOT found in our kitchen. This is the right time to also let you know we are a caffeine– and alcohol–free kind of place.
On a typical day, breakfast includes a juice buffet and superfood shots, organic eggs, protein pancakes, chia pudding and servings of fruit. Tasty soups are served with both lunch and dinner. Whether it is Thai style, Indian inspired, Mediterranean, or Mexican – it is all bursting with flavor and there’s plenty of it – no one goes hungry here!
