These will help power you through your workouts.
Nothing gets you glowing and energized like a superfood juice feast. We are not using these terms like “glowing” and “energized” lightly. You really will feel a glow and have high energy levels when you juice feast with us: whether it is just for a few days or your entire program.
You will be so nourished you will actually need to exercise to expend your additional energy. Yes, there will be a day or two where your body will be making some adaptations. Heading into ketosis is one of those times.
Juicing - great source of nutrients
At lunch time, we serve Thai elixirs such as lemongrass ginger water, fruit-infused waters, edible flower waters, along with a wheatgrass pineapple punch. We encourage all customers to drink the wheatgrass punch, as it is so full of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes which greatly facilitates digestion enabling you to have a greater uptake of nutrients and plant proteins.
Improving your digestion strengthens the bioavailability of your food, especially protein important for building muscle tone.
We have wheatgrass, moringa, chlorella, and other green juices available all day in the fridge. Anytime you are feeling hungry or thirsty, stop by the kitchen and ask for a juice.
The more your juice, the more you alkalize and deeply nourish your body.
You will also greatly reduce your appetite.
POST WOKROUT DRINKS
After your afternoon workout, we serve you a post workout recovery drink:
usually a moringa shake.
This will probably be the most nourishing thing you have ever put in your mouth as moringa is super high in protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium. The potassium is key to replenishing electrolytes after a workout.
Other post workout drinks are protein shakes. This is a sprouted brown rice protein powder drink that may have hemp seed protein powder in it as well. It is the perfect post-workout drink.
As a supplement to your juicing program, you will be provided excellent workout waters: our coconut workout drink, and our cleansing clay water.
The combination of these workout waters will enable you to super hydrate and mineralize your system during your workout.
Our workout waters are designed to flush the system of toxins as you sweat
and are a very important part of our cleansing protocol.
At dinner, you will be served your final hydrating drinks — it may be a wheatgrass punch or a fruit-infused water, or another wonderful Thai elixir water. The liquids will flush your system and help you to be full. You will greatly reduce your appetite while with us.
You may start out on a raw food cleanse but quickly find yourself content to stay on a juice feast as the juices are so nourishing and keep you incredible full and energetic.
