Our cardio sessions will keep you on your toes with plenty on offer from HIIT (high intensity interval training), Beach Bootcamp, Cycle Club, Indoor Spinning, AquaFit, and Muay Thai Cardio taught by Phuket’s best trainers.
Our schedule features daily strength and conditioning sessions from TRX, ViPR® Flow, and Kettlebell workouts, to Circuit and Power Training. Whatever you need.
We get outdoors and active with Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding, Snorkeling, Swimming, Cycling, Walks, Hikes, and Runs, all set amongst Phuket’s ocean, lakes, and luscious scenery.
Functional movement, foam roller classes, and stretch sessions pay special attention to improving flexibility and mobility. These can be instead of, or in addition to, the various yoga classes in our program.
